If you really want to move - any PRECISION, CLASSIQUE or CORE as they work for active recovery movement. Gentle + Mindful is the key.
But, I must reiterate: when you train hard you MUST recuperate otherwise that is asking for a stress injury. IE taking a complete day off, is good for your body.
Day 24
Exertion level: 75-85% Max HR
This should be a steady pace hike with at least 3 inclines. If your living area is pretty flat, opt for at least 3 sets of long stairs (20 steps).
